This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Stanton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Stanton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We ordered the pork bossam, galbitang, naengmyeon, and spicy pork. The portions were generous, and the service was very friendly. They even gave us a complimentary chive pancake. Everything was delicious, and we would definitely recommend this place!

Leaving an honest review of my visit. First impressions weren’t bad, and the basic side dishes (banchan) were served properly. However, the overall quality of the food and dining environment were quite disappointing. --Side Dishes : The salad was way too salty and sour. The kimchi stew tasted like plain overly-sour kimchi boiled down, and the steamed egg had a strong fishy/off odor. --4-Person Combo (Beef Brisket, Pork Belly, Pork Jowl, Boneless Short Ribs): ㅇ--Chadol (Beef Brisket): It had almost no fat, giving it a dry and tough texture akin to pork shoulder rather than brisket. --Samgyeopsal (Pork Belly) & Hangjeongsal (Pork Jowl): Just average. --Kkot Sal (Boneless Short Rib): Didn't seem like pure short rib cuts; felt like mixed cuts instead. Overall quality and flavor fell below expectations. On top of that, it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. we were dripping with sweat the entire meal. I’ve never had to rush through K-BBQ while sweating like this before. *******The only bright spot was the male staff member who served us—he was very friendly and polite.

Pretty good side dishes, the cold noodles and hot pork soup were both pretty good. Service was excellent.

This place was amazing from service, ambience to food quality. The combo B was fire 🔥, and it was a lot of food. The special thing that others may not realize is that they serve “minari” (water celery) with pork belly, which we only had in restaurants in South Korea. We haven’t seen “minari” anywhere around the US until we came to this place. Definitely this place is worth your money! We enjoyed everything here: the meat, banchan and the sauces. I would recommend for the restaurant to not overcook the steamed egg and that’s about it. We would like to gate keep this place too, but at the same time, we wanted them to have more customers.
